Thank you for your interest in a Cornyval, 2013 booth. We look forward each year to meeting and getting to work with old and new vendors.
Our booths are 10 x 10 ground space. If you are a food vendor, the booth is required to have 3 sides, a top, lights and a floor. For all other vendors a top and lights is required.
The grounds are open for set up as follows:
Tuesday, April 30, 5 PM to approximately 8 PM.
Wednesday, May 1, 9 AM to approximately 8 PM.
Thursday, May 2, 8 AM to 4 PM.
*Later times can be arranged in advance.

Friday 5:00 pm to 12:00 am
Saturday 11:00 am to 1:00 am
Sunday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Booth Application Mailing:
♦ Non Profit and Local Non Profit booth applications will be mailed on February 1, 2013.
♦ Commercial Booth application will be mailed on February 15, 2013.
♦ Arts and Crafts booth application will be mailed on March 1, 2013.
If you are interested in receiving a booth application, please call 695-2103 and leave a message in the booth mail box. Please include in your message or E - mail, your name, organization, what you're wishing to sell, address and phone number for day and night.
Arts and Crafts vendors please be prepared to send a picture of the items you wish to sell. This is a juried show. The Arts and Crafts vendors have the option of participating on Thursday. If you choose to participate beginning Friday, set up is from 8 AM to 4 PM.
The hours for Arts and Crafts vendors are:
Friday: 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Saturday: 11:00 am - 1:00 am
Sunday 12:00 am - 8:00 pm
There is a mandatory meeting for all vendors on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, 7:00 pm at the Cornyval grounds.
